All prices on our website exclude shipping fees. We offer FREE Standard Ground Shipping on all orders in Canada and the United States over $65 (before taxes and discounts).
Processing time takes 1-4 business days.
Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday to Friday.
Your ROC & MONROE false lashes are shipping from our facilities in Canada and in the United States. There are NO custom or duty charges for Canadian orders and American orders.
We will do our best to get your products to you at your earliest convenience, but if your order has not reached you within 7 days of processing, please email info@rocandmonroe.com with subject line: ORDER NOT RECEIVED. Please include your order number so we can assist you with any issues.

* For international orders, we cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for more information.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER:
Once your payment is approved, you will receive an e-mail when your order has been processed. You will also receive a second e-mail once your order has shipped which will include your tracking number. To track the order, visit the carrier’s website.
Important note: If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 24 – 72 hours for the tracking information to show.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at info@rocandmonroe.com with the subject line “WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS” along with your order number as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so.
DELIVERED BUT NOT DELIVERED:
All orders being processed require a phone number to ensure delivery of your goods purchased. All processed orders are finalized with the tracking number to confirm Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact the courier information provided in your email invoice to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
CANADA SALES TAXES:
Please note that ROC & MONROE charges Province sales taxes on orders within Canada. These collected taxes are mandated by the Government of Canada and ROC & MONROE in no way benefits from this and pays this amount collected to the Government.
ORDER CANCELLATION:
Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. This is simply because we try to ship out orders as quickly as possible, and we cannot cancel an order once it has been dispatched. Once you receive an order confirmation by email, it means your order is already being processed and cannot be changed or cancelled.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
All sales are final. With exception of damaged items, all sales are made final once goods are received. If goods are damaged, please do send a photo with the damaged good to us at info@rocandmonroe.com with the subject line: DAMAGED, and include your order number.
Please note, for lashes, discrepancies may occur, so if the lashes differ from one another in regards to hair assignment, they are handmade and this does not constitute damaged items.
Damages from shipping, we will need to be reviewed and we cannot guarantee this will resort to replacement of product.
